Pitusa means funny little girl in Spanish and was designer and founder Clara Lago’s childhood nickname. Pitusa draws inspiration from the beauty that every woman has to offer, from all the cultures of the world. The garments are made from the finest Peruvian cottons, using a vibrant color palette and signature Inca trim.
Pitusa employs women owned ateliers, based in Peru, who have been working with cottons for generations. The cotton is handpicked, woven, and dyed under ethical and fair trade working conditions
